Referral Coordinator 

You can always find Maddie looking for an excuse to show off pictures of her fur babies, Willow & Benji. When she isn't busy cuddling her pets, she enjoys reading, taking girls trips and indulging in relaxing naps. Maddie is our trusted resource for radiological and medical referrals, she can always find the right specialist for your needs! 

Front Desk 

AKA Mrs. Amy's Tootle bug -- is the frontline when you guys come in! She always has a smile on and loves hearing all the patients stories. You can catch her on the weekends enjoying all the good food and traveling far and wide with her Hubby, Jackie! She loves working out and spoiling her fur princess, Bella Rose. 

Office Manager 

Sidnie is a devoted wife and mom of two boys who keeps busy cheering from the sidelines at their baseball, football, basketball games. Passionate and vocal, she's the ultimate sports mom. With a wealth of knowledge and a love for connecting with people, she thrives in her role interacting with patients.

Crystal is a loving wife and mother of three children, balancing family life with the companionship of two dogs and a cat. Despite her busy household, she knows how to find moments of peace and relaxation, often unwinding with a hot cup of tea. This time for herself allows her to recharge and enjoy a calm moment amidst the hustle and bustle of daily life. She is always lighting up the office with her smile and friendly personality! 

Scheduler 

Melanie has a love for reading, finding enjoyment in getting lost in books. She also values spending time outdoors, especially at the lake, where she can relax and enjoy nature. Melanie cherishes her time with her new husband, as well as their two dogs and one cat, creating special memories with her loved ones and pets. Her life is a balance of quiet moments with a good book and meaningful time spent with her family. She is the jack of all trades and fills in whatever spot is needed within the clinic! She is also our weight loss patient coordinator and will be the voice on the other line helping you!  

Medical Assistant

Jamie is a dedicated wife and proud mother of two daughters, balancing family life with a love for sports, especially cheering on her daughter at softball games. She's also a loyal Steelers fan, bringing her enthusiasm for the team wherever she goes. In addition to her family and sports interests, Jamie's vibrant, bubbly personality is one of her standout qualities. Whether she's in the clinic or out, she brightens up any space with her energy and positivity, making her a joy to be around.

She is the right hand to Amy & Bethany and keeps them rolling throughout the day! 

The Guy

Eddie is a laid-back, drama free individual who brings balance and calmness to chaotic situations. Prefers the company of chickens over people and keeps life simple and peaceful. A steady presence amidst moodiness and tension.
